sirjadeja
hi Guys, I'm travelling to India next week and I will be going for H1B Extension Stamping in India. My issue: I applied my h1B extension for 'X' Client and after getting the approval, I switched to Client 'Y'. I did not get my H1B Ammendment done after moving to Client 'Y'. Would that be a problem? Please share your thoughts ppl .. Thanks!! Link to comment
jairichi
Yes, you need an amendment approved before you go for H1B visa interview. Link to comment
