L1-Individual is denied by EAC for working at client, Can I apply for L1B-Blanket to work in HQ??

Hi All,

 

I am working in a product based company which is head quatered in CA USA, with branches in Bangalore.

I have been selected for some position in US for some customer facing role, which places to work at customer location (it's actually providing support to customer about our product, a kind of resident engineer) which is in East Coast.

Applied L1-Individual under premium processing, had couple of RFE's and finally got denied.

 

Now If I a chance to work in our head quarters in CA, will I be eligible for L1B-Blanket.

As I have denied L1-Individual, did it has impact on processing of L1B-Blanket ??

 

As this is completely different location and different team, L1B is the right option to proceed or should apply for L1-Indiviaul again ??

 

Please help ..
