manugeorge2004 Posted October 31, 2014 Report Share Posted October 31, 2014 Hi May parents have visit visa till September 22, 2015. They are planning to come to US in March 2015. Assuming they get I-94 for 6 months, can they extend their visa beyond September 22, 2015 while they are here. How long can it be extended. If thats allowed, will this extension impact green card processing if I chose to do so later. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks and Regards Manu Link to comment
jairichi Posted October 31, 2014 Report Share Posted October 31, 2014 Your parents need valid reasons to extend their stay. If they have then they can apply for EOS. If they travel after denial of their extension all their future applications will be immensely scrutinized. Link to comment
