H1 extension apporved in Ottawa but no email received from US consulate

Hi Folks,

 

My H1 visa was approved on Monday, Oct 20 in Ottawa but the visa status still shows 'Ready' which is ready for interview and they havent updated to 'Issued' yet

 

Visa offcier said visa will be issued within 2-3 business days but after 4 business days today the status is still saying 'ready' instead of 'issued'

 

Anybody who has faced this? Please share your experience and is this a normal scenario?
