ruturajvarne
Hi Everybody, During my first H1B stamp in 2009, I got 221g, it was related to my employer documents. But after that I got my H1B stamped and I came to US. Now I am planning to go for VISA re-stamp. If VO asks "did you ever get visa rejected? " what should I say here. Getting 221g in past, is considered as Visa Rejection at that time ?? itsmeusa
I would like all of you to read this article on murthy.com that clearly says 221g issued at any time is a visa refusal and has to be mentioned on all future visa applications. http://www.murthy.com/2009/12/18/221g-visa-stamp-is-considered-a-visa-refusal/ Link to comment

I am not sure why murthy firm has mentioned that 221g is a refusal. Hope senior members will respond to this. Link to comment
