aspirant_2010
Hi, I was working for employer A and they filed my Labor and I-140 in EB2 which got approved without issues. I have scanned copy of I-140 approval notice. Recently i swicthed my employer and joined company B. Before company B started my Green Card .. I swicthed and joined company C. They are ready to file my labor and I-140 again. My question is since my I-140 was approved from employer A but in between I changed my employer to B and now since C is ready to file my GC again, can i port the original priority date from employer A. Please see employer B did not do anything for GC. Please let me know if anybody knows it or have been in this situation before. Please let me know if this can be done and I-140 approval pdf is sufficient for it Thank you in advance Aspirant Link to comment
jairichi
Yes, you can port PD. A copy of I-140 is more than sufficient. Link to comment
itsmeusa
Absolutely. Once I-140 is approved, the PD established is yours to keep... Link to comment
omshiv
Yah no issues...Employer C can start your GC from scratch and your PD will be retained. Link to comment
