I-94 End Date Confirmation

Hi All,

 

I came to USA on L2 Visa and then changed to H1B.

 

Entered USA in 2012 and got I94 till Oct,2015. 

Applied H1B in 2013 and got approved for 1 year. H1B end date is Sep,2014.

 

In the approved H1B I didnt receive any new I94 and its the same number as L2 I94.

 

How long is my I94 valid? Is it still Oct,2015 or Sep,2014.

You did or did not receive a new I-94 on the H1 approval notice? Your sentence above is contradictory.

If there was a new I-94 at the bottom of the H1 approval notice, it is normal to have the same number as the previous I-94. That new I-94 replaces the old one. It's validity matters.
