DUI Case Pending..Need to go for H1B Stamping

Hi,

 

I am in very very Bad situation.I got DUI on 07/20/2014 in Arizona.I hired an DUI attorney And he sent my paperwork to court today.This is my first offense.I am not convicted yet.

 

The court hearing date is on 07/29/2014.But my DUI attorney can push further.

 

My attorney is saying that he will keep the case running until I come back.

 

Two months before i transferred my H1B to one of the indian company(Implementation company)..I am working with this company from the last two months.My H1B transfer got approved and today only i got to know that i need to go for Stamping to India because i got I797B with out I94.

 

Kindly Please help me to answer the below questions??

 

1)I don't think so i will get  have any documentation from the court as i am leaving So early,even before my court hearing date too..So how can i manage for court documentation???

2)If the VO asks me to do Medical evaluation..What is that related to???

3)What are the chances of my getting H1B stamping??
