deepaprakash
Hi, I'm an Indian citizen working in the US for an year on H1B (currently on extention having validity till Nov 2016) and my current project is completed and my employer has assigned my next project in Canada. And have initiated WP for Canada. Will I be able to retrurn back to the US on H1B either with same employer or can I initiate H1B transfer via a different employer from Canada. Will my H1B still be a valid one untill complete my assignment in Canada and have a chance to apply for a job from Canada before Nov 2016? Thanks Deepa Prakash Link to comment
