gk03 Posted April 19, 2014 Report Share Posted April 19, 2014 Hey guys, My GC Labor application was file on Nov 2012 it went into Audit last year and currently it is still showing as "In Progress" status, this is what my Employer has passed me the information. Is it obvious that GC Labor application status for "In Progress" for 1.5+ years? I heard from couple of colleagues that DOL has completed with the 2012 applications currently they are dealing with 2013 applications, is it true? If so, how can I verify those information? Can anybody please provider informative websites and how to look for those kind of information? Note:- Currently I'm 4th year of H1b visa.
