I-94 Validity question for H-1B holder entering US on AP

Wanted to get some inputs on my Wife’s immigration status – last time when she entered US on Advance Parole in Dec’12 she got an I-94 valid until 01/04/2014 however she is working on H-1B which is valid until Sep’14. Now question is that considering the i-94 is valid only till Jan’14, do we have to do anything here or is it ok to stay under expired I-94 since we are waiting for green card. Also, the EAD/AP card is valid until mid of 2015 however as mentioned before she is working on H-1B.

Would highly appreciate if anyone can provide a recommendation around the same.
