thetechie
Hello, My organization had applied for H1B in 2007. I was not lucky in the lottery. Today, I have a H1B sponsor. I plan to apply for H1B in April 2014. Will I have to go through a lottery and test my luck once again? Please advice. Thanks, thetechie Link to comment

rahul412
You must go through the lottery. Can we predict this six months earlier?? I thought that USCIS will predict this one month earlier. Link to comment
MigrantIndianThisYear
This year its totally different as there are stringent requirements for sponsors. Typical body shops might face lot of difficulties. If you give more details about your sponsors then this community can at-least speculate if you are on high risk side or low risk side.
