Visa Approved (Hyderabad Consulate) But status is showing as Administrative processing

Visa Counselor officer asked few question and at the end she said your visa is approved and you will receive an SMS Conformation when the PP is ready to pick up

But as on today (May 29^th) I have not received my PP and status of my visa application in https://ceac.state.gov/ is showing as Administrative processing. Not sure what happened, If any one faced similar kind of issue, Please let me know how to resolve this. Contacting Visa Help desk is no use as they just give standard generic answers

I had the same situation in Ottawa, Ca. I went to the embassy twice to inquire. I then got it issued on the 7th business day. So if you do not hear on the 7th business day I would suggest you should contact the consulate.

Visa Counselor officer asked me  few question and at the end she said your visa is approved and told me that "you will receive an SMS Conformation when the PP is ready to pick up"

But May 29th when I check status of my application in https://ceac.state.gov/ was showing as Administrative processing.( Visa officer did not  tell anything regarding admin process and no slip is given)

May 30 case is updated in the morining as ready but in the after noon it agin  moved back to Administrative processing

June 3 case is updated in the morining as issued

June 5 I got my passport with Visa

[H1B Visa Seeker]

I had my visa interview in Mumbai Consulate on December 7th, 2016. It was a pretty straightforward interview and at the end of the interview officer mentioned that 'your visa has been approved but till today December 20th, 2016 it is showing as administrative processing. I was not given 221g, didn't mention anything about admin processing nor he gave me any slip.  

I am little worried as I have booked my tickets for December 25th,2016 and I have to resume work. I have emailed them and even contacted customer care but I receive generic reply. Does anyone have any idea about this?
