OPT Expiry and Status

I have applied for OPT right after my graduation, but it got approved after 6 months from the date of application and was approved only for 7 months instead of the full 12 months. Is there a way to get the OPT extended for the remaining months? The expiration date is Feb 2018 due to which i will not be eligible to apply for H1 and apply for CAP-GAP as well.

Any suggestions are appreciated. 

Note: My university lost accreditation a month before I graduated and hence I am not eligible for STEM Extension.
