I have applied for second amendment for my new location and received the certified LCA copy. They said I can now apply for dropbox stamping and travel with the receipt notice. I have my marriage fixed next month and want to take my spouse with me. Should I complete my dropbox stamping and apply afresh for her? Could you please guide me what is the best option to choose right now. Shall I hold my dropbox and apply for my spouse's stamping simultaneously. Is she eligible? I am very confused. Can you please guide me with the steps to follow? Also, since my petition is valid only for next 6 months, will it be a constraint for my spouse to apply dependent visa? Thank you so much in advance!
