Vishwarath nethula Posted June 16, 2017 Report Share Posted June 16, 2017 Hello, I was about to complete my final project by April 2017 but due to some reason I was not able to complete it(Failed). but my college was requested OPT to Uscis at the beginning of final semister, later they noticed That I was failed then they tried to cancel it but Dso denied to continue my final project.( I haven't applied I-765) Right now I'm in OPT requested grace period till June 29th. My college is saying me that they gonna transfer me to new program but they are more no of chances to get RFE when i apply for OPT and They are suggesting me to go out of the country and come up with new sevis this may help me to get My OPT easier. Is it safe to go out of the country before my sevis expires and come up new sevis and new program?? Or can I continue my new program with he existing sevis?? pls suggest me Link to comment
