H1-B petition denied by USCIS

My H1-B petition has been denied by USCIS. Got to know about this only this monring on checking the case statys online. The reason for denial is not yet know,. My current employer is waiting to hear back on the denial reason. I would lke to get below points clarified.

1. What is the grace period that I could stay legally in the US.

2. I have an approved I-140. Can I start fresh H1 application through another employer

3. My I-94 expired on May 31st, 2017. Will this have any impact on my stay in the US

4. Would like to know alternatives and options to continue to stay in the US.

2) yes, but not within US.

3) yes, you can;t stay in US.
