Wife's H4 Visa Stamping - Husband's Wrong Middle name in Marriage Cert.

Hello All,

I work on H1 and got married one months ago. I've not used middle name on my H1b ( I 797 )  but my middle name doesn't match with the spelling as mentioned in the marriage certificate where as my H1B I797 doc does not have any middle name. it was Akshay on passport but added as Akshayrao in my Marriage cert.  

'rao' is typically used as a suffix (part of culture) to parents name in Maharashtra (state in india )

However, my wife's first and last name are matching with the marriage certificate and so are mine (except my middle name as I described above).

Can it be an issue if she goes for H4 stamping to a consulate?  She's got appointment soon so Is it a problem for mismatching middle name of principle applicant on Marriage cert ?

She's got all supporting document like Invitation card, my H1B, my passport copy, wedding album, marriage cert .
