H1b in process, Got Full Time offer.

Hi,

I am working with a consulting firm and my employer applied for my H1b which fortunately got picked.

Case Status "Case Was Received".

Current Status: OPT Extension (Expires October 2018)

I am working at a client location and they offered me Full Time. 

1. Can I accept it before my H1b gets approved or do I have to wait until it gets approved and work for 2 pay rolls to be processed ?

2. What happens if I accept FT position and H1b gets approved/Denied ?
