F1 and arranged marriage to GC holder

I am a green card holder in US. I am planning to get married to a girl in India later part of the year. She is currently studying  under F1 visa in US.

Our plan is to get married in India, and she comes back to US and stay on F1 status, do OPT, apply for H1B later.  If she does not get H1B visa, she will go back to India. 

I can get my citizenship in 4 years, I will apply for GC for her at that point. I was wondering if this is all legal. In particular,

1. Does the immigration officer will ask her marriage etc at the border? I don' t think it is true, but wondering.

2. Will she loose her F1 status after our marriage? Do we have to self-disclose to USCIS and leave  US immediately? 

3. Will it be difficult to get CPT / OPT for her?

First, forget about CPT. Pretty much all CPT is fraud.

Second, a student on F1 has to have the intent to go back to his or her home country, Marriage to a Permanent Resident puts that in doubt, So there may be issues with entering on F1, and/or getting OPT.
