H1B Transfer RFE

I am currently with Employer A and I submitted for H1B extension under premium before April 1st. I received RFE on April 17th. I have time till July 15th to respond to my RFE

 

I have now got an offer with employer B who is now transferring my H1B. 

 

Is it ok to submit my RFE response with employer A and still switch to employer B? What will happen if i receive a denial for employer A's extension? If i receive a denial for my employer A's extension, will it affect my transfer to B?

 

Or is it better to not respond to the RFE with employer A and move to employer B after I receive the receipt notice.
