JKV
Dear Forum Members, I am planning on travel to India with AP (AoS). I have reckless driving conviction in PA from March 2016, which is categorized as a Summary Offense (http://www.legis.state.pa.us/WU01/LI/LI/CT/HTM/75/00.037.036.000..HTM). There was no jail time or finger printing involved. I paid a fine of $200 and had a 6 month license suspension in PA, which has been already served. It is not very clear if this falls under CIMT. Even if it falls under CIMT, since there was no jail time involved and since this is my first and only conviction, I may be eligible for petty crime exception. Could you please share your opinion on if it is safe to travel to India in summer? Thanks. Link to comment
