Sanad Posted March 21, 2017 Report Share Posted March 21, 2017 Hello Will applying to an immigrant visa to Canada (express entry program) affect negatively my immigration status in the United States (currently I'm on DACA with and approved I-130 petition and waiting for I-601 waiver application to be approved). Will USCIS know about my Canadian application? if yes, what would the consequences be? since there is an information share treaty between USA and Canada. Thank you Link to comment
