Concurrent filing with premium?

Hi all

just posted  this question in another topic and realized that this a better place so apologies for the duplicate post.

 

My employer is i  applying for my green card in  the Eb1 outstanding researcher category. The lawyer says that I can either concurrently file or do premium processing for my I-140 but not both. I have seen other posters who did both and have not seen any rule that says I cannot - so I am wondering if I can file concurrently with premium 

 

I believe I have a pretty strong case (3 major awards, 10 publications in top journals, 130 citations, conference session chair, journal refereeing, global consulting experience) and I am not worried about losing the premium processing fee. 

Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
