If H1 deny ,no client letter

Hi, My H1 transfer got RFE  regarding employee relationship. My client doesn't provides client letter. We used only vendor letter when filing.

Now My current I94 is valid till may 17. My green card PD is current now,I converted my 140 into PP (to apply EAD).

My question is if my h1 deny after applied my EAD ,485 ( pending). 

Can I  stay in US till EAD approve?

If I go back to India what will happen to my pending 485?
