Green card for parents,Name issues

Hi all,

I want to apply green card for my parents who are in the US on the visitor visa.While filling the application I have realized that 

1.My birth certificates shows my mother's last name as my father's last name

2. On my mother's passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate, she has her maiden name as the last name

which is totally different.

Name on my birth certificate: Ravindra Kandru

Name on  my mother passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate: Ravindra Doppala

I would like to know how to deal with this issue here without sending my parents back to India and make the changes there which is very tedious

Any help is greatly appreciated!
