Alhpa Posted December 1, 2016 Report Share Posted December 1, 2016 What happens to those people from India who have filed I-485 application in October 2016 under Eb1 if the Eb1 date retrogresses and Eb1 is no longer current in a month or 2? Do they have to wait until October 2017 (next fiscal year) for their green card to be processed or will they already have a visa number and get the green card in due course (within 6 months)?
