EB2 -Eligibility for BSc Zoology Grdaduate

Dear All, 

I am currently in USA working for one of the major Indian IT company with H1B Visa last 4+ years, I am trying to file my GC under EB2 Category but having a major roadblock with my education background. I have 3 Years BSc graduation in Zoology as main subject and having 12+ Years of Total IT work exp. including 4.10 Years work exp in USA. Can any one advice me if I am eligible for EB2 category or does my education background really matters here ?
