Need Help on New GC filing

Hi ,

 

I am recently transfer to employer B (Client ) and my previous employer A (Consultancy) filed PERM and got approved .

 

So now employer B is preparing to file PERM and mean while i spoke to explorer A  for exp certificate and they ask me if consider to file i-140 through them consider as a future employee . 

 

I am ready to file for i-140 but only my stopping point is shall i process with the  both petitions ? in same time ? 

 

My jobs roles are diff in both companies  , does it make any issue ? does the job roles and responsibilities should be  same ?
