Issues in filing a labor with one employee and home based business establishment

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I would like to know that our total company size is 2, where in the CEO is an US citizen having a H1 guy hired. Now question is, will there be any general issues for filing a green card from this company considering below factors

1. The company size is small

2. Company has less revenue

3. Company is registered in a residence, not having a physical presence in commercial location. According to CEO, we always work at client place, there is no need for hiring a business space, which is acceptable.

Considering all these parameters, will there be any issues that can be foreseen in the Journey of Green card, if Yes, what precautions we can take before we proceed??

Thanks in advance!!

It would be very hard to get a GC through that company.

The company has to have the ability to pay you. If they don't even have the money for a proper office space, that ability to pay is in doubt.

Such "fly-by-night" employers should be avoided.
