    Thanks for the post and answers provided. My question is similar to the original but instead of layoff, I want to take time off under CARES Act or FFCRA. Will using paid leave benefit to take care of child that pays 2/3 of salary (upto a limit) impact citizenship application while the spouse still works. Is there any household income limits? Both myself and spouse are on family based green card. Thanks and stay safe all!
