Hi,Im in India now. My H1b petition for this year has been approved and is yet to go for stamping. I have plans to go for MS and have got admission for spring intake. Can I go for F1 stamping while a H1B petition was recently approved? In that case, can I use the h1b visa after completing the MS ? Will it be still valid to go for stamping after completing my MS or will H1B gets cancelled when I get my F1.

Hello, I would like to know whether I can apply for B2 visa to visit my wife who is on H1B. I have a full time job in India and don't want to leave my job. I am okay to take leave for 1 month to visit my wife. After few more months, myself and wife have to plan our future and settle down at the same place. Therefore I am planning to apply for B2 visa to visit my wife for 1 month. Will the consular office give me visa in this case. Thanks
