Hello everyone, My husband is on H1B and I am on H4 EAD. We have got some medical emergency in our family so my husband wants to visit his parents for two weeks and take care of them. I am trying to seek answer for: Can I with H4 visa stay in US while my husband on H1B will be travelling to India for 2 weeks (can be a little longer stay if needed)? Is there any maximum number of days requirement for H1B traveling outside country while H4 stays in US? Will that have any impact on green card process? I will appreciate any inputs.
