    Hi All, I have a question regarding the H1b transfer and current GC filing . Current employer filed for I140 and it is in process. I have received the job offer from end client and they have filed for H1b transfer. What happens when the H1B Transfer is approved. Can I still work for my old employer until I decide to move with the new employer.

    Thanks all for your response. From my understanding on the above comments, Employer can still file GC no matter if the employee is on F1.
