  1. I currently work for Company A and had recently got approval to work with Company B. My current petition with Company A expires in 2025. I want to know how long I can continue working with the company A before I make a decision to move to company B? Is there going to be any trouble for me if I continue the same situation for long term say 9 to 12 months. Any help to clarify is much appreciated.
  2. My wife is due in April and is working in California for over a year. Her employer is based on NJ. She's planning to take upto 6 weeks of maternity leave and her idea is to get back to work as soon as she feels and gets better, so it could be before 6 weeks. We are wondering about the consequences of availing CA SDI during the absence since our GC is in process (PERM applied). Please let us know your suggestions and if there's anyone who were in this situation to share their experience. Thanks
  3. Hello everyone, My wife (H1) and I (H4) had an approved i797 from company A until July 7, 2019. When she moved to company B, her new employer only applied for her H1 and did not include my extension along with it. However, the company A has revoked the i797 few months ago which was confirmed when logged into USCIS website case status. 1) Can I(/her employer B) apply for H4 extension while her H1 is still pending? 2) As the company A has revoked her H1, is my i797/i94 still valid? 3) Any suggestion on my next course of action in this situation?
