Hi all, I am working in Company A in H1B status. Its going to be acquired by Company B. I have valid I-797 till 2022 from Company A. I will be working in the same location and same job duties. I have the following questions: 1. Does Company A or Company B need to file anything to uscis regarding my H1B? 2. Do I need to get any document from Company A or B in case I travel? 3. My perm is in process with Company A, will that need to be moved to Company B ? 3. Any other steps I should know regarding this acquisition related to my H1B ? Thanks in advance,
