Entered US with valid visa . H1 applied from employer A but the work location was different than the one which is mentioned in the LCA Ideally he should file amendments but he did not filed it and I continued working at new location. Meanwhile I kept reminding my employer about filing for my amendments I got another offer from employer B and I filed H1B Transfer in premium processing. It went into RFE and in RFE it asked about why amendment was not filed for new location but the payroll ran for new location. ( submitted latest paystubs which ran under new location for H1 transfer with employer B) Has anyone faced similar issues? Please advice. Thanks in advance!
