Hello, I have H1b Approved(I797) until 02/16/2026. I also have EAD/AP combo card expiring in 11/26/2023. After my recent trip to India, i entered into USA using AP combo card in September 2023. I got a new I94 valid until next year(09/11/2024). My Class of Admission is "DA" I have few questions? 1) How can i go back to H1b status? Using Automatic revalidation by travelling to Mexico/Canada before EAD expiry in November? OR go outside USA to get h1b stamping and enter back to USA using H1b Visa ? 2) If i apply for EAD extension next week, Can't I travel outside USA until its get approved?(Even if i am planning to get stamping) Please reply, Thanks Maddy
