Can I change technology after I40 approval with new employer

Can I change the technology after I140 approval with new employer? 

Should my previous experience match the new job description/ad that new employer will be placing? 

When they initially applied my labor for the first time, what ever the technology they applied should it be same with new employer also? 

By technology change I meant same developer/lead role but with change of technology from Java to .Net to SAP to Share Point or some thing else.
