sweta78
I have been on H1B for the past 12 years. Green card has been filed in EB3 and waiting for the dates to be current for I-485 filing. I recently got my H1B visa extension and thinking if there is any risk if I go to Canada for Visa stamping. I also got a divorce in US last year and have not travel outside US after that. Will there be any problem now that I am divorced (no kids) with visa stamping? Is there any risk going to Canada? Are there any rejections in Canada if I have all the paperwork? I have been with a steady job and patiently waiting for EB3 to be current. Please help. Link to comment
dkumar
go to home country, meet your family, you shouldn't have any problem if you have all the documents. Link to comment
