Hi, I am working for a company A on H1B visa and I got an offer from company B. I turned my notice in Company A. Meanwhile I got an offer in Company C which is really good. I still have 1 week left to join Company B. I was asked to submit my H1B documents to process in Company C.

1) What should I do if I don't get EAC before this 1 week from Company C? Can I go ahead and join B and Join Company C after the I get the approval?

2) If I get my EAC in 1 week and my joining date in Company C is after 2 weeks, can I choose to take a break?

3) Even if I get my EAC number, can I work for Company B until the petition is approved for Company C?
