While determining LCA for H1B extension, it looks like DOL will take prevailing wage based on OES code and level from PERM instead of current H1B LCA. In this scenario, my wage level is Level IV and i am skeptical that my company will be paying it. Hence, i need suggestions on alternate options as well as should the LCA on H1B extension be done strictly based on wage level OR mean wage is still ok. Any suggestions will be valuable. Thanks..
