sai121212
Hello, I am working full time for a big company and planning to go for stamping this month. My question is, does the employment verification letter has to be given by HR or from the manager? I received it from my manager not HR. Will that be a problem? Thanks in advance Link to comment
rahul412
No problem as long as its coming from your employer. Link to comment
rrao999966
On a sidenote - If pay listed in employement verfication letter is different than pay listed in LCA/129 petition, will it be a problem. My H1b extension has been approved last month but recently I got a pay hike. When I checked with my employer's attorney she said if my current pay is equal to or greater than pay listed in LCA/129 it should not be a problem. Can you please let me know if you see any issue with this. No problem as long as its coming from your employer. Link to comment
