Employer A has filed an amendment for H1B for location change. Now Amendment has got RFE. RFE is yet to be answered. I got a full time opportunity and now wanted to transfer my H1B to new employer. Following are my questions. 1. Should I inform my new employer regarding current RFE? 2. Are there any chances that my H1 transfer petition also get RFE due to pending RFE ? 3. Is it advisable to withdraw H1B amendment by employer A before initiating transfer? Link to comment

You answered Yes to this question. May you please explain in detail the reason ?
