KK1982 Posted March 30, 2016 Report Share Posted March 30, 2016 Hi All, My spouse lost her job while on H1B. She has I485 filed & currently pending, as a beneficiary from my PR process. Is she legally allowed to stay in the country , based on pending I-485 ? She has received EAD/AP. Thanks in advance Link to comment
