H1B Consular Processing with new Employer and H1B COS with current Employer

Hi,

 

I am in L1 Visa. My employer is applying H1B COS this year. I got an offer from another employer (Company X) and they are applying H1B Consular processing. 

-> If I got both H1B, then I assume H1B COS will be in effect starting from October 1. What happens to the H1B Consular processing which is applied through Company X? If I ask them to revoke that H1B Consular Processing, will it affect my future visa processing through USCIS.

-> I got H1B through Consular processing but if I don't join Company X for some reason and it got revoked. Shall I use the revoked H1B to join new different employer (Company Y)?

 

Please advise. Any help is really appreciated.
