devikaa
Hi my spouse had withdrawn i485 few months before. Living in Canada. Can we reinstate the i485? Thanks Link to comment
JoeF
An I-485 can not be reinstated. A new I-485 can be filed if the person is in the US in valid status and the PD is current. Alternatively, the person can go for Consular Processing if the PD is current. Link to comment

Will this withdrawal of I -485 in the past affect the FTJ application? The reason for I-485 withdrawal was that the children were in school and thought of doing job in a border city. But now child moving to high school and can move with a job. Thanks Link to comment
