What are the risks for employer in case of H-1B denial?

Hi,

 

Would really appreciate your insights regarding this question: if by any chance the H-1B petition is rejected, would that have any bad consequence for my employer (who filed the petition), other than not being able to employ me?

No bad consequence if that employer didn't filed H1 with some fake documents.

The employer is out of the money for the application (they employer has to pay for it, and can't get reimbursed by the beneficiary), but that's it.

In an event that H1-B got denied even with genuine documents, can they file H1-B again for same beneficiary??

With the same documents would just result in the same denial.

When a denial happens, the cause for it needs to be fixed.

If they are genuine then it won't get rejected. But in case if it gets rejected, next H1 will depend on the reason why first one was rejected.
