Travel during H1B transfer

Hi,

 

I am at company at A, want to initiate H1B transfer to company B, and then travel to India.

 

1) Can I travel when transfer is being processed.

2) Can I get Visa stamp for company B at Consulate in India, return to US and resign from A, and then join B.

3) Any risks in the above.
