Enroll in school before or while change of status (B1/B2-E2) is pending

Hello,

 

my husband has just applied for an E2 visa (waiting for interview) and me and the children (under 21, currently all on B1/B2 status) will apply for a change of status when he will get his visa (hopefully). My question is the following: can we enroll our children in school now or while the change of status (from B1/B2 to E2) will be pending? Can the enrollment while in change of status have negative consequences in the change of status itself?

U don't need any paper to enroll ur child in school. U can, and it's absolutely ok
